Top 10 Fugitives Declared by FBI

The FBI ten most wanted fugitives list arose in 1949. This announcement of list of fugitives increased law enforcement ability to capture dangerous fugitives. Name of the fugitive is removed from the list if he/she was killed, captured, expired or if the charges against fugitive are dropped. If any other dangerous fugitive is found he is placed at number 11 rather than replacing any of the top 10 fugitive. As of November 1, 2009 494 fugitives have been listed (eight of them are women), and 463(94%) captured or located. 152 of them are due to public assistance. The current most wanted list of fugitives is as under:

 

Victor Manuel Garena

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is wanted because of his involvement in bank robbery of $7 million from a security company in West Hartford in 1983. FBI is offering a reward up to $1,000,000 for information leading to his capture.

 

Eduardo Tablas Ravelo

 

 

He is wanted due to his role in possession of cocaine, marijuana and heroin with intent to distribute. FBI is offering a reward of $100,000 for information leading to his arrest.

 

Jason Derek Brown

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is wanted for murder and armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004. He killed an armored car guard and fled on a bicycle with $56,000. FBI is offering a reward of $100,000 for information leading to his arrest.

 

Glen Stewart Godwin

 

 

 

He escaped from Folsom State Prison in California in 1987 where he was serving a sentence for murder. Later in 1987 he was arrested for drug trafficking in Mexico. After being convicted he was imprisoned again. In April of 1991 he murdered his fellow inmate and escaped five months later. FBI is offering a reward of $100,000 for information leading to his arrest.

He is wanted due to his involvement of multi-million dollar scheme to defraud thousands of investors in the stock of a public company incorporated in Canada. FBI is offering a reward of $100,000 for information leading to his arrest.

 

Joe Luis Saenz

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On July 25, 1998 he allegedly shot and killed two rival gang members in Los Angeles. After a few weeks later he kidnapped, raped and murdered his girlfriend. He was supposed to carry weapon along him all the time. He is also involved in dealing in drugs. FBI is offering a reward of $100,000 for information leading to his arrest.

 

Robert William Fisher

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is wanted allegedly for killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house. FBI is offering a reward of $100,000 for information leading to his arrest.

 

Alexis Flores

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is wanted for his alleged involvement in kidnapping and murder of a five year old girl in Pennsylvania. FBI is offering a reward of $100,000 for information leading to his arrest.

 

James J. Bulger

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is wanted because of his offence of numerous murders from the early 1970s to mid 1980s. He is involved in dealing drug, extortion and other illegal activities in Boston with a special criminal group. FBI is offering a reward of $2,000,000 for information leading to his arrest.

 

Osama Bin Laden

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is wanted because of his connection in bombing in United States Embassies in different countries. He is accused of his attacks on World Trade Centre on 9th September, 2001. Osama Bin Laden was the leader of Al-Qaeda. He was recently assassinated in Abottabad, Pakistan by American Forces on 2 May, 2011. FBI was offering $25 million for information leading to conviction of Osama Bin Laden.
